What is the minimum transaction amount for leasing?
Typically, the minimum amount is $2,000, however, this is determined on a case-by-case basis. 3. Is there flexibility in the structuring of a lease?
American Standard Leasing can structure a lease to fit most needs. For example, we offer two- to seven-year terms, and monthly, quarterly, semiannual, or annual payment schedules. 4. Will payments change during the financing period?
No. Monthly payments are fixed for the term of the lease unless a special structure has been pre-arranged. 5. Is there money due up front at the beginning of a lease?
Generally, two payments are required to initiate a lease. 6. What happens at the end of the lease term?
